Qest Human Resources was established in 2006 and has proven itself to be a successful, HR Consultancy and Permanent Recruitment firm in South Australia that all Clients and Candidates can count on.
Our quality (Q), ethics (E), service (S) and trust (T) are built through relationship building and in time; with a wealth of experience we can assist you through any of your HR or Recruitment needs.
Some of the industries we work closely with are Government, Engineering, Wine, Defence, Retail, IT, Construction, Real Estate with roles being filled in areas such as Management, Sales, Administration, Technical and Finance.

About the Founder
Qest Human Resources was founded in 2006 by David Arcangeli.
Having been born, raised and lived in South Australia all his life, David is a strong advocate for South Australia and all that it has to offer. He’s played tennis since he was young and still plays competitive tennis to this day, along with enjoyed beach volleyball at times too.
David’s young family have followed in his footsteps and are actively involved in different sports all year round. David is very passionate about family and watching his beloved Port Adelaide Football Club play and enjoys spending time in SA’s amazing wine country.
He has qualifications in Human Resources, Business Management and Marketing and has been in working within the Human Resources and Recruitment sector for around 20 years.
Having spent many years within the recruitment industry, he found need to create an organisation that fits within his own values.

How we do it
Over time Qest Human Resources has recruited for client’s interstate and has the capabilities to do so also sourcing candidates globally.
