We Are Hiring – Tekla Drafting Manager (Adelaide)

We are currently seeking an experienced Tekla Drafting Manager to join a reputable organisation based in Adelaide. This is a permanent position offering long-term stability and the opportunity to lead within a well-established team.

The ideal candidate will bring:
• Strong, hands-on experience with Tekla Structures
• In-depth knowledge of structural steel drafting
• The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders
• Proven experience in managing and mentoring drafting teams
• Confidence in vetting and raising RFIs, along with overseeing drafting workflows and quality control

This role requires someone who can lead from the front, ensure project accuracy, and maintain high standards across all drafting deliverables.
