Our Client is a growing organisation in the manufacturing sector, committed to delivering high-quality products and projects. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Production Coordinator to support our production team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
The Role
As a Production Coordinator, you will play a key role in planning, organizing, and monitoring production activities. You’ll act as the link between departments, ensuring timelines, resources, and communication are effectively managed.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily production schedules and workflows
- Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners
- Monitor production progress and resolve issues as they arise
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
- Assist with inventory management and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
- Support continuous improvement of production processes
About You
- Previous experience in a production, operations, or coordination role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or relevant production software
- Attention to detail and a proactive mindset
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience in Manufacturing or similar role
- Knowledge of production planning systems or ERP software
