Our Client is an established Construction / Civil Company in the North / Western Suburbs of Adelaide. They are looking for a self-motivated dynamic Office /accounts Person to join their team in in this permanent position.

Your next opportunity:

We are actively seeking a Office / Admin  to join our Clients, Civil and Construction business. As an member of their Adelaide team, you will be responsible for assisting  successful & efficient office, administration , processing of orders , accounts , production coordination, payroll

Your day will involve:

  • Working with manufacturing staff, sales staff ,management, and customers to ensure effective business communication .
  • Ensure Sales orders & stock are effectively processed & distributed to multiple sites on designated timeframes
  • Generating invoicing
  • Follow up of accounts
  • Payroll
  • Telephone enquiries
  • Purchase orders
  • Logistical Function
  • Entering of tasks within an established system
  • Recordkeeping

What are we looking for?

  • Effectively reporting on daily office processing sales , sales orders, manufacturing & logistical timeframes
  • Existing accounts  and office experience
  • Clear communication skills both written & verbal
  • Strong office admin skills with the capability to utilise and navigate through multiple systems.
  • A sound knowledge of Microsoft Suites
  • A positive can-do attitude with hands on approach
  • Assist with co-ordinating  office daily operations of the business
  • Friendly disposition
  • Accounting and business practices knowledge of Software MYOB or Xero will or similar accounts system will be an advantage.
  • Good people skills
