Branch Manager -One of Adelaide’s leading Electrical Wholesalers is seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to join its team. Situated in the Northern areas of South Australia and working with closely the key stakeholders will be responsible for the following duties:
- Sales & Gross Margin
- Inventory control & upkeep of all plant/equipment
- Administration
- Customer Service
- Human Resources
- Purchasing
- Quality Systems
- Supervision/ Management of staff
- WH&S
Necessary skills and experience required are as follows:
- Self-motivated & has an ability to mentor / train / empower staff
- Sales/purchasing experience to achieve and exceed budgets
- Collaborative approach in all aspects of business
- Strong customer service focus
- Excellent merchandising standards
- Very good computer literacy
- Decision making ability
Electrical industry knowledge (an advantage) This is a full time position with an attractive salary package to be offered to the right candidate.
