About the Role

Serve and support electrical contractors at the trade counter.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Assist with branch operations, inventory management, and purchasing.
Support and mentor team members.
Drive sales growth and customer retention.
Learn key leadership and business management responsibilities.

About You
To be successful, you will have:
Experience within the electrical wholesaling industry.
Strong trade counter and customer service skills.
Knowledge of products and solutions supplied to electrical contractors.
A proactive and commercially minded approach.
Natural leadership qualities and the ability to influence others.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
A desire to progress into branch management.
