Administration Officer

Our Client in the Northern Suburbs of Adelaide ( Windsor Gardens Park area) that are involved with the Trade/ construction Industry are in need of a Administration Officer duties include but not limited to:

  • Data Entry

  • Compentent skills in Word & Excel

  • good telephone skills

  • Occasional answering of phones

  • Accounts Receivable experience

  • Payroll

  • Accounts Software experience for example Myob , Quickbooks, Xero or comparitive

  • Finance knowledge

  • Ability to identify discrepencies

  • Generation of invoices

  • Process Orders

  • Positive / constructive team member

  • Ability to work unsupervised at times

Ideally this position would suit someone that is looking for a Full time part- time role or with 4 days work per week .
