This is an opportunity located in the Northern Suburbs of South Australia looking for a person like you to join an established progressive team who need a switched on operator that has perhaps been in work environments that the work involved extensive communication over the phone located in the office to assist Sales Rep’s , Account managers and other relevant business staff achieve overall Company goals.
You will have very good computer skills including Word , Excel, Powerpoint & Access. If you have the ability to communicate with existing Clients as well as at times when the opportunity prevail the ability to generate leads for the Sales / Business developers this will enhance business relationships.
Regular reporting of customer interactions, quoting, processing of orders while at times assisting with the supply of literature , samples as per directions of Sales Representatives and Account Managers, you at times also be working with suppliers, customers , staff and all level of management.
You will be professional to deal with sensitive topics so confidentiality is of the upmost importance, together with your attention to detail, the ability to time manage, multi task as well as work as a team or autonomously as required will be an advantage.
